We offer a variety of fixed work schedules that provide 9 to 30+ hours per week.  We can work with your availability and match your needs with ours.

------ What you do as a Behavioral Treatment Technician ------

- Provide behavioral intervention to young children (ages 2 – 5) in their home
- Engage one-to-one within joint activities during natural play & daily routines
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable behavior
- Collaborate regularly with your team; including your Program Manager, Regional Manager & Lead
- Receive initial and on-going training, supervision and support from our experienced team

------ Basic & Physical Requirements ------

- Possess positive and playful attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Effective time management, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers and supervisors
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Able to assume a variety of postures (kneeling, sitting or standing) for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation and able to travel between different job sites

Required: None

Preferred: Implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech or Occupational Therapy in working with children ages birth to 5 years old in a 1:1 setting

Required: High School Diploma or its equivalent
