Behavioral Technician - ABA / Autism (Janesville)

FamilyPath provides in-home treatment to children with Autism throughout Wisconsin.  You’ll have the unique opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child while learning, growing and advancing in the field of behavioral treatment.

------ What you do as a Behavioral Treatment Technician ------

- Provide behavioral intervention to young children (ages 2 – 5) in their home
- Engage one-on-one within joint activities during natural play & daily routines
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable behavior
- Collaborate regularly with your team; including your Program Manager, Regional Manager & Lead
- Receive initial and on-going training, supervision and support from our experienced team

This position will include travel to clients in Janesville, Beloit and the surrounding communities.

------ Education and Experience ------

Associate or Bachelor degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Hearing Services, or related Human Services field is preferred. Progress towards completion of degree is considered.   

Preference is given to individuals with related work, volunteer or personal experience working with children ages birth to 5.
